Buffalo Gal Vintage Clothing Accessories and Gifts is a Florida-based retro retailer founded online in 2004 and later expanded into a brick-and-mortar shop in historic downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, at 1219 MLK Jr. St. N. (also known as 9th St. N.), operating out of a two-story 1930s house. The business specialized in men’s and women’s antique, vintage, and reproduction clothing spanning the 1800s through the 1970s, including Victorian and Edwardian garments, mid-century and rockabilly styles, goth and steampunk apparel, restored vintage pieces, and new retro reproductions, along with accessories, humorous and locally made gifts, and retro candy through its “Candy Kitchen” section featuring nostalgic brands such as Choward’s, Abba Zaba, and Clove Gum. The shop also offered personalized pin-up photography sessions styled after classic mid-century glamour. While the original St. Petersburg retail storefront has since closed, Buffalo Gal Vintage continues to operate as an online retailer specializing in vintage and retro fashion and accessories.
